Officer Filing Form

Each person filing to run for a CCDC office must sign this statement that he or she:

a) Is a Democrat;

b) Is a registered voter in Chesterfield County;

c) Believes in the principles of the Democratic Party;

d) Does not intend to support any candidate who is opposed to a Democratic nominee in the next ensuing election

e) Is an eligible voting member of the CCDC as prescribed in the Caucus Reorganization Rules;

f) understands that, in order to be listed on the ballot, the candidate questionnaire must be completed and returned to the Nomination Committee Chair no later than Dec. 26, 2023.

I, the undersigned, having read the above provisions, hereby state that I meet all the above listed criteria.
