Declaration of Candidacy for Membership on the Chesterfield County Democratic Committee

By voting for membership, I understand that I, as an active member of the Committee, will bear responsibilities relative to the Committee. Each member should strive to do the following:

1. Regularly attend monthly meetings
2. Assist with fundraising for CCDC and Democratic Candidates
3. Participate in precinct operations, including telephoning, distributing signs and literature, door to door canvassing, working polls, developing and encouraging political workers and candidates and any other activities required for a successful local committee.

The CCDC recognizes that people enjoy different activities. Members are encouraged to concentrate on those activities that are fulfilling to the member. What are your preferred committee activities? I support the ideals of the Democratic Party and I will not support any candidate who opposes any candidate that is endorsed by the Democratic Party during my tenure on this Committee.
